I'm wondering if someone purchased a holiday home what expenses are tax deductable? The holiday home would be rented out on a weekly basis but I would retain the use of it for a few weeks of the year. Do I reduce the annual expenses pro-rate (i.e. interest paid, management fee, agent fees, insurance etc???) Thanks.
