Sunday Lunch GALWAY Ideas?

I am looking for a recommendation of somewhere nice for Sunday lunch in Galway and surrounding areas - doesn't have to be the city.

Nothing too fancy just nice decent food and not the rubbish alot of places push out for Sunday lunch. Ones a veggie too.
