Subscribed to Sky BB & now got no Internet.

Subscribed to Sky Broadband & phone too. However Eircom cancelled our Internet on Tues ( our activation date with Sky). However we've still no broadband with Sky.

Has this happened anyone else switching over?

We're paid with Eircom til the end of the month so it's not as if we're not up to date.
 
Yes, we got it Tues - our supposed activation day. It's set up ready to go. Signal strength is perfect, just not connected. Sky said our connection will be delayed. Found a sky forum last night with loads of people with same problem.
