any other ideas? i can nail or screw onto both side walls and ceiling, but not the floor. i was told "no more Nails" no good as there will be a door opening and closing which would cause movement
use a pipe detector and locate exactly where the pipes are and nail in between or use a specific size nail that will not penetrate lower then the floor tickness and use in conjunction with no more nails etc
Use a thermal imaging camera. Leave heat off prior to inspection day then switch on. As heat passes through the floor you ll get image. chalk this out. Do for any rooms that you may want to put additional walls in future.
