Still receiving credit card statements

I closed my Visa account last year. Every month I receive a statement showing €2 in credit. I've written to Visa with to resolve this but with no result. What should I do?
 
You're account is probably still open and you could be liable for another €40 govt stamp duty. Who is your visa provider?
 
I was with Permanent TSB Visa but switched to Ulster Bank Mastercard. The €2 came from a cancelled magazine subscription. That's what I am worried about - as you say the €40.
 
Telephone the Ulster bank credit card department. Should be on the statement and explain the situation to them.
 
Got through to Permanent TSB Visa who promised to refund me a cheque for the offending €2. They stressed the account was already closed and I would not be liable for the €40 government charge.
