i have an outstanding personal bank loan which i,m in no position to pay back.the loan was given to me in a name that i go by, but this is not offically my name,for this reason my credit history has never been affected,also for this reason i,ve never had to acknowledge the debt.its been 5 years and 10 months since i spoke to the bank(i called a meeting explained my circumstances and told them i would pay whatever i could afford every month,they declined this offer and wanted full unrealistic montly payments).will my debt become statue barred in 2 more months are is it more complicated than that? any advice please
