Standard Garden Sheds

Hi All

Need to get a garden shed. Got a price of 1,195 for a t&g wooden shed 10ft x 10ft with felt roof delivered and put up. Anyone know if this is a good price or can it be got cheaper.

I bought mine in Limerick from Steeltech. They have little offices all over the country to my knowledge. Their head office is in Westmeath. Thats where its being delivered from. There 10ft by 10ft would be nothing like that. I paid €675 for an 8ft x 6ft with windows, roof felt and interior felt and the 12 blocks to rest it on.

hmm on checking. Its actually around the same price. Getting ahead of myself. I was suprised myself there was such a difference between my size shed and the bigger one.

I had looked at sheds from Shed world in Cork. They have agents all over the place also. Their quality of finish is just diabolical. I have never seen work so bad. The wood does not meet in places where it should and there is tons of sealant on view around the windows. Shoddy in my opinion.

The guy I bought it off was open to haggling so haggle if needs be.
