stamp duty on land

I am buying a plot of land and it costs < 125k
the land has no development potential

do i have to pay stamp duty on this now????

if yes, what do i pay?

The Budget has not changed stamp duty on the purchase of land. All Land over €10,000 attracts stamp duty unless you are getting a site from a parent to build your family home. The Budget changes to Stamp Duty are only in relation to second hand houses.
