I've recently put a deposit down on a 2 bd apt in swords for 235. Thing is I'm living abroad and will be for the next year or two, depending on funds. I plan to lease the apt until I'm ready to move home. Does anyone know if I could be done for stamp duty? Its my first property and have borrowed to the max for this place as it is.
