Spotlights downstairs -cost?

just wondering if anyone had an idea how much it would cost to put spotlights in downstairs in my 3 bed semi.
There'd be the sitting room about 6, hall 2-3, kitchen dining 12-14.
I want to completely remove the light fittings and just have spots

any electricians on here with an idea or any one had similar work done?

Anything between 40 and 55 euro per spot depending on labour involved,ie if floorboards are to be lifted from above to route cabling or wheter it would be possible to fish the cabling in from the ceilings,there may also be a little patching afterwards if you go down this route wheras liftin boards from above whilst a little more expensive would avoid any of that.
