Nationwide Solicitors willing to fight banks

Having read some of the postings in the mortgage arrears area. Shold we have a list of solicitors/barristers who are willing to take on banks on a point of law. Most seem to agree we have a case but are not keen to take it on due to it affecting their normal business with the institution
 
In my experience solicitors/barristers are willing to take on any thing no matter how daft, provided the client as the cash to pay for it. But the reality is that they are being asked to take on a case that has a very slim chance of going anywhere against an opponent with deep pockets by a client that is already in debt and unable to finance the case!
