Solicitor for House Build in Cork

Well after a good few years of trying we have finally been approved for our mortgage to build our house.

We now need a solicitor to oversee the funds from the bank etc and need some recommendations for any in Cork.

When you say "build our house" have you bought a site and getting some builder to erect the house?. While having a reliable solicitor is very important i would suggest that if you are "building" the employment of a good engineer with experience in this field is crucial unless you are qualified yourself in this area.
 
I needed a solicitor to draw up the paperwork for the bank and legal bits.

Iam a qualified civil engineer and also have an architect doing the inspections as I work away.
