Sold Rental Property - Tax considerations

I have just sold my rental property. Tenants moved out end of November 2016, so for my tax return i understand that any expenses after that time cannot be included. I also understand I have to pay CGT.

In terms of my form 11, are there any considerations I need to be aware of, for this my final return (yippee!). For example wear and tear, is it just the straight 12.5% over 11 months, or can I write down anything. All furniture had to be disposed of but this was after the tenancy period, typically...
