I am wondering if anyone could recommend a business mobile phone? Are PDA's or Blackberry the best ones? I want to get emails and be able to put appointments in my diary on the go which correpsond with outlook. I want to be able to receive word documents on this device.
Anyone any experience on this?

I use a Nokia N61 with a blackberry application for emails, I find that it is an excellent business phone, I have tried the RIM blackberry devices in the past and find that although they are good for email they are useless as phones, being too complicated to carry out even the simpliest task like texting a number not on your contact list and poor ring tone volume

Have a look at HTC PDA's - Prob the best PDA on the market.
I ha a few and they are generally good.
come with windows mobile and office mobile including outlook.
Very easy to sync with your PC

With office mobile you can open and edit office Docs, there's also a PDA reader

Very good pieces of kit IMO
