Sliding doors

I am looking to get a sliding door of height 1.85m max. height for a room. Could anyone recommend where I could get second hand or new ones for a good price. Is it possible to take an ordinary door & make it into a sliding door by purchasing top & bottom rails, rollers etc.

Any thoughts on the above looking to get a sliding door for a bedroom, preferably with the top half in glass.

Is it possible to get one made up or is it better to get the top & bottom rails & fix to an ordinary door.

I am also only dealing with a height of 1.85m, which is not standard.
