Just to update this.........eventually sold my Yaris (wayhay!!) went for the 1.4tsi Scirocco (122 bhp - enough for me) - being delivered tomorrow so will see how I get on.

Hey man... I also "still" own Yaris and plan on going for Scirocco TSI 122 beginning of next year Did you get the car?! How is to drive it... enough power?! I also tried 2.0 TFSI with 200 BHP and that car is crazy.
