setting up a farmers market stall

Hi

i was wondering what are the basics that need to be covered in terms of setting up a farmers market stall in terms of regulations, health and safety, insurance etc. Where is the best starting point to try and find pitches on different days? (It would be Limerick / Kerry based and selling hot food).


do you have to get approved / a cert from somebody or do you just have to comply with certain regulations?
