Hi, we are thinking of selling our house bought in 2005 under shared ownership scheme. We got letter from council with redemption figures but at the bottom there is a quote that there maybe a claw back to be paid.?! I thought that claw back was only mentioned with affordable housing scheme? Am I missing something here?
