Rough cost of roof repairs.

Can anyone give me a rough idea of the cost of the following?

RE: Roof/Loft

1. Add additional supports to purlins and collars to roof timbers?
2. Add fire resistant stud partition to wall on adjoining property?
3. Cover and insulate Water tank and improve supports?
4. Replace a felt/tar roof on an extension? (aprox 4m x 7m)

The house is a small 2 bedroom semi detached house built around the early 1900's. Aprox size 80sqm.

You'd be doing well to get any quote on that here. Lots of elements to it that could vary the quote.

I'd say your best bet is to get several quotes from people who come out and view the work that needs to be done.
