ROS Problem - “ you cannot proceed as you () were registered for tax during the year”

Hope someone can help!
I have been making my paye returns by Ros for numerous years as I have uk pensions.
Today when trying to make my return for 2023 I get “ you cannot proceed as you () were registered for tax during the year”
Is there something I’m missing?
