ROS Digital Cert & Regn no/ID No

I am having trouble downloading my new digital certificate from ROS.
It is telling me my Regn no/ID no is invalid.

As far as I remember this is my husbands PPS number?(I haven't done the returns for 2 years)
I can see no other number on our previous returns.

This is for income tax purposes.

Any advice??
 
The problem was due to the fact I didn't have Java on my laptop.
So just downloaded a free copy and everything worked.

Except now I can't open last years file which is in a f11 format??
 
Do you have the ROS offline application installed? That should open the .f11 file.
