It's on the old Blackrock Rd,about 400m from South Infirmary Hospital.5-10mins walk from George's Quay,so I would think good location.
My sister had her name down with the estate agents Hamilton Osborne King(HOK),& they kept deferring the release.She was then told that all the townhouses had been kept by the developers/builders.She then was told that quite a no of them were available again,but when she checked them out-not impressed.Prefers the duplexes,but can't seem to get a straight answer from HOK.
