Ripped off by EBS fixed rate???

Thanks. Duped is probably the wrong word. Unfairly pressured is what I was more thinking of. It was a tough time for me personally and then EBS ring me and tell me that if I want this one final chance to get a fixed rate with them I'd better get forms into them by close of business the next day. I couldn't really think about it at the time and just panicked and sent in the forms.

Will post to say what happens...seeing them today.
 
Got nowhere. Guy in the branch is powerless. He said to write to the main office which I just did.
