Hi Guys

My neighbour is up with the rights commissioner this week, in a case he took against his former employer. What can he expect at it. I know there will be three judges, will it be the three judges and my neighbour and the company director he taking action against or will there be more people there. Can I sit in. How does it work. Any feedback would be great.

Your neighbour is probably not up on front of the Rights Commissioners and is more likely to in front of Employment Appeals Tribunal(EAT). The EAT hearing is comprised of three individuals an employee rep, an employer rep and a chairman who is usually a barrister who holds the casting vote.
