In filling in this form (CA24), at section 8 with regards the beneficiary details the form states "include all benefits exceeding €16,570", my benefit is only €9k (this is why I'm doing DIY probate), which I assume I must declare but what is the €16,570 reference all about?
 
Hi thirsty, that's just it, I don't understand either, it just says "include all benefits exceeding €16,570" at the top of the page, I cannot understand it's context.

Many thanks thirsty, followed your link and at the top of page 1 it states:

"This section captures particulars of all current benefits greater than €16,750.

Benefits taken by a spouse or civil partner should not be included here."

Oh Lord!!
