I am hoping someone can help. I recently purchased a new pair of jeans online from the USA. They just arrived via UPS and I got stung for the duty of 55 Euro by the UPS delivery man. The paying of duty although begrudged was not unexpected.
However the jeans don't fit and I want to return them. The website from which I purchased them will accept the return however I don't know how to get the 55 duty back. Any ideas?
