I received a proposal from a reputable firm regarding investing in a retirement vilage apartment. The main attraction is that there is rental guarantee for 3 years and PAYE tax can be written off against profits. The downside is the initial costs of investment is very high at circa 350k. Anyone have any experience of this type of investment.
