Replacing a doorbell-big job?

Two different issues. One was replacing the door bell on the exterior door. The new issue is to do with the internal speaker that makes the ding dong noise.

I doubt you would've noticed if I hadn't drawn attention to it in my mail asking for advice on THE NEW TOPIC of the door bell not making any noise... I'm not replacing the door bell now. I'm looking for advice on replacing/fixing the door bell speaker bit.
