I have a house that is rented; currently heated via an oil fired range (5 rads). The range is now on the blink and I have been told its not repairable. I have got some steep quotes for a replacement range but don't want to spend an arm and a leg. The tenent does not want a solid fuel system to replace the oil. Does anybody know of a less expensive system or a company in the south west that does refurbished ranges?
