Rental Income Tax when do i make tax return

On widows pension
No Paye income.for 2018 and 2019
Only other Income: House rented out since 01/12/2018
Do i need to make tax return before 31/10/2019 for full year or do i make return in 2020.
Any advice appreciated.

You make a return for December 2018 this month.
The return for 2019 is made in October 2020 .

Use a form 12 for the 2018 payment as it's less than 5k but you may need to use form 11 next year if the total profit before tax is > 5k. This is due on or before October 31st 2020. Note you will need to register for income tax to be able to file a form 11 but you're OK for form 12.
