The house we bought requires renovations. When we received approval for money for these renovations, our letter of offer says this money will be given with certs of compliance in stage payments. I understand this for the new extension and maybe even the attic conversion but but how does this work for other internal works? Do we have to keep going to the bank to ask for the price of new bathroom, put in the new bathroom, go back for the kitchen, put in the kitchen, electrician, plumbing etc?
