Remove Asbestos

Has anyone any idea how much it would cost to remove an asbestos sheeting in a boiler room.

My father had asbestos removed from a boiler house about 6 months ago. Cost him in the region of 1500 if I remember correctly. He used Asbestaway. Based in Cork, but I think they do work around the country too.

Do a search on this site where asbestos removal has been discussed many times already. There is a very comprehensive post here which should give more details. I think a basic answer to your question is that it depends on the type, amount, and condition of the asbestos to be removed. You must make sure you get the form C1 referred to in the post I link to above - that is your proof that you have disposed of the asbestos properly, safely and legally.
