If one has a Judgement Mortgage but it has not 'yet' been registered on the property, what does that mean? How long do they have to register it?
The debt is from 2008/9. Judgement was issued in 2010 but still has not been registered on property. I heard it expires after a time? Is this correct?

Yes, I have heard a Judgement lasts 12 years but I also heard something about there is some time frame for a Creditor to Register a Judgement onto your property, and that if it is not done in this time than it is too late. Is that true ?
 
They must register it within the 12 year window for enforcement.
