Referendum on giving Dail more powers for enquires

Agreed. As Fergus Finlay pointed out today, the Government's campaign (if there ever was one) on this amendment should have pointed out the lack of power that the Oireachtas currently has rather than concentrating on the increased power that this amendment would provide them with. Wrong amendment. Wrong time.
 
The Government got what they deserve. Their arrogance and contempt towards the people and the Constitution was despicable.
Do you really want to be judged by these incompetents ?

I will take my chances with a jury of my peers anyday ?

The arrogance of Alan Shatter confirmed things for me which is why I votes no, this was a real "go away little people and do what you're told" referendum
