redundancy entitlements unpaid by employer

I have recently been made redundant & my employer has given me a redundancy letter outlining a schedule of monthly repayments due to be paid to me which represent my overall statutory entitlements total due.
None of the payments have been made to date & my employer says they do not have the funds to pay it.
What can I do ??

You should contact DETE on 01-6312121. You should be able to apply for the redundancy payment in full yourself online, it will take a few weeks to be processed and then I think it is up to DETE to chase your employer for the employer portion.
