recommended solictor - city centre or south side

Hi All,

I'm going to sell my house in Dundrum and need a recommendation for a reasonably priced solicitor (south side or city centre). There's a Irish website on line that advertises 1,200 euro + outlay but you don't get to pick your solicitor (i.e. one is allocated from an available pool).

I've used Paddy Troy 6715076 twice for buying and selling. He is based in Lombard Street. I would recommend him.
 
ive used conor griffin at the end of grafton street - works for duncan graham and partners, very reasonable and very approachable

We went with Sheedy and Co in Dundrum and found them very good. We got a deal of €1000 plus VAT for our first time buy. That was two years ago so it might have gone up but they were very efficient and I would recommend them.
