Recommendation for solicitor to review contracts for small tech business

Hi,

I was wondering if anybody has a recommendation for a solicitor to review a contract that is being drawn up between two businesses.

The scope is probably not big enough to engage one of the large firms so I was wondering about smaller firms that cater for SMEs, ideally in the tech sector.

I would suggest you ask other firms in the same general area of business.

Another source could be the IDA or whatever they are called these days.

I would agree terms in plain English and then allow their solicitor to draw a contract based on those terms and then get your solicitor to review the contract based on those terms to ensure it matches them otherwise he might as well be staring into the universe for an answer
