Hi,
My fiance has inherited an old disused farmhouse which requires complete gutting. The structure is sound , walls roof etc but inside it needs alot of work.
Problem is we cant afford to sink anything more than 50K into it.
I'm wondering if anyone know a good builder for a reasnable price in the Killarney kenmare area.
