Can someone please advise me.My brother has recently moved to Singapore. He wants to know if he can reclaim any tax he has paid as he worked full time in Ireland for the last 2 years?any advice would be appreciated

All depends when he finished work here, if he finished before year end last year then he may unused tax credits for the weeks he did not work. Or if he worked some of this year he may have unused tax credits. Only scenario where he would more than likely, not allowing for any unclaimed reliefs, have no refund to claim would be if he finished here at end of tax year 31st December.

He finished up work on the 5th march this year so am I correct in thinking he mite have sum unclaimed relief for the few weeks he worked?

He might be entitled to the tax he paid depending on his income for the weeks he worked, not sure if he has to wait until year end to claim it or not. Revenue would tell you.
