I tried to rent a house to Co Co 3 years ago and they kept fobbing me off, telling me to keep advertising privately. Just wondering are Councils now keen to get their hands on "RAS" houses or is it possible they may not be interested
I would imagine it depends on what part of the country the property is in. I let my house on a 4 year RAS scheme with Wicklow C.C. and found the whole process hassle free.
