Is it possible to not have the solicitors fees, valuation fees and estate agents fees included in mortgage. Going on buying and selling (purchase price 650k selling 575k) property these will be in region of 15k.
By my calculations the mortgage needed would be house price differential 75k plus stamp duty of 58500.= 133500
I will be asking for deposit to be 50k (6500 plus 33500) and intend to leave 35k of this off mortgage leaving amount needed to be 98500, The 15k I will get back on deposit will be used to pay the fees.
Does this make sense as hope to move to closing soon and need all advice I can get. By my calculations paying off the fees directly would make relativel substantial savings on repayments
