question regarding the prtb

hi guys, would anyone know if the prtb would or are obliged to give us (a third party) a landlords contact details as we have a court order against a landlord of a neibouring property. all previous dealings where with his letting agency and tenants who ignored all of our efforts in contacting him.

Might sound like an obvious question but have you checked the register on www.prtb.ie?

the landlords property is registered but no name/contact details are there.
