well basically i've been a part time dunnes stores employee since mid 2006,and my contract states that im entitled to a minimum of 15 hours a week,which up until recently i've been getting as a minimum with overtime/extra days pushing the hours upto 30 sometimes which was great, but all of a sudden im only getting 14 hours paid eg tuesday 6-9,thursday 6-10,and say saturday 12-8 which adds upto 15 hours but minus the break on saturday equals only 14 hours paid,i've said this to HR and all they say is that once im rostered for atleast 15 hours p/w paid or unpaid its all that my contract entitles me to, but the contract says that I will be required to work a minimum of 15 hrs p/w but atm in only working 14 hrs p/w + 1 hour unpaid break,anyone with any insight into dunnes contracts or with any helpful will be greatly appreciated(please move if posted in wrong area)
