Purchasing overseas property with an executive pension

Hi, Im interested to see whether i could purchase my farm using an executive pension, from my existing Trust. Its in New Zealand. Any thoughts?
 
A pension can buy property but one of the conditions is that the property can't belong to the pension holder or can not be used by the pension holder so no your pension can buy a farm from you.

I understand that the pension trustees may have an issue approving the purchase of foreign property.
