PRTB - How is it calculated?

Hi

I am going to be renting a house this year to three students between Sept 09 and May 10. Can somebody tell me

(1) Do I need to register with PRTB since only renting for 9mths

(2) Since all three sign the one letting agreement am I charged for the unit or for each tenant. I see €70 mentioned on PRTB website.

Yes - you do need to register (albeit only nine months) and the charge is for the tenancy - i.e. E70 in total.
