VHI PMI 35 13

Hi,
My partner and I are on VHI plan PMI 35 13.
I am 52 and she is 44, no kids. No major health issues but I do have high BP (under control) and plates/pins in one leg from an accident 30 years ago. Are there other similar plans with VHI that would be better value/cover?

There are 2 VHI alternative plans worth considering with similar cover, details as follows;

1. VHI PMI 07 10; Price 1188pa; all public, private and 3 hi-tech hospitals covered; private/hi-tech excess 150 x 1 max per year for all
admissions and day case excess 50 per procedure; good day to day cover included 50% refund.

2. VHI Company Plan Plus Level 1.3; price 1123pa; all public, private and 3 hi-tech hospitals covered; private/hi-tech excess 150 per admission
and day case excess 50 per procedure; good day to day cover included 50% refund.

As another option, if day to day cover is not important, the following plan is worth considering;

3. VHI PMI 37 13; Price 1075pa; all public, private and 3 hi-tech hospitals covered. Private/hi-tech excess 100 per admission or day case
procedure. Limited day to day cover.
