Planning Premission

Hi

A friend owns 4 acres of land with a lakeside view and whats to know how to go about getting planning permission for some house on this land. any help would be appreciated.

Make an appointement to speak to the planning officer (in the county council) in the area of the land. your friend can discuss his/her idea for the building and the planning officer will give you an indication whether the council will approve the permission or not.
