how can i tell if i have a personal injury claim and is there a way to know roughly how much it might be worth? i want to do some basic research before i talk to a solicitor. thanks
 
I'm looking around for information as well... the forums are not great. There's lots of solicitors sites but they don't have detailed articles.

I fwas told about good site called accidentclaimslaw.com but it has been taken down.

I only found one site with the sort of longer, detailed articles people need

The article with the information you say you want is about how claim values are worked out

There's a bit of jargon there so you might want to read the longest/most detailed article I've found:

Let everyone know if you find anything more detailed that regular people would understand.
 
Were you injured?

Was it someone elses fault?

if YES to both, then you have a valid claim.
