Hi

Has anyone any ever tried to make their own peri peri or Piri piri seasoning, all i can find is recipes for the sauce and what im really looking for is a dry rub or dry mix to shake over foods. Tesco do a nice one but i want to try and recreate it which is difficult with out the quantities. All recommendations and of course recipes welcome :)

1 teaspoon coriander, coarsely ground
1 teaspoon black pepper, coarsely ground
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground cardamom
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground piri-piri pepper (or cayenne pepper, add more if you wish)
