I got a penalty notice in the post recently and named and shamed the person who was driving. He lives in the UK and I gave his address there. He got the notice letter but I doubt if he takes any notice of the boys in blue whatsoever, is there any comeback on me if he ignores the notification? Can they chase him or me up for the fine?
